I've been baking pies for several years. I started just baking for holidays and special occasions. I enjoyed it so much I began baking for my work mates. Now I am almost can't show up to work without a pie, haha! I chose my name simply for the fact that I love pandas, I love the color pink, and of course, my business is pies.
Baking seasonal is important to me. I prefer to use only fruits and fillings that are fresh and seasonally found. I do not use canned and only on the rare occasion, I use frozen.
I make my own crusts, butter crusts, because that's the favorite!
For me, my pies are art. And the thing I love most is when people take a bite and all they can say is, "Mmmmmmmm!".
I cannot wait to pass on my art and hear you say "Mmmmmmm"!
