Hollis O’Brien founded Parties By Panache in 1987. Originally located in historic Downtown Fullerton, Panache has grown from a two-person operation to a company capable of staging multiple large events, in geographically separate areas, simultaneously. In 1995, Parties By Panache relocated to Brea where it now occupies a 3,200 square foot facility.
Hollis brings 9 years of professional experience, including operating both a successful Manhattan restaurant “Hollis & Company” and a cooking school. Panache began traveling early on to events in Santa Monica and Malibu as well as building a strong following in Orange County. Over the years, Panache has catered events large and small in San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Panache now focuses its attention on providing a select clientele with unequalled event planning, cuisine, decor and event catering services. Hollis’s 35 years of professional growth and experience set her apart from the competition, and guarantee your party will be a memorable success.
