In 2006-2012, I created, owned & operated a full service catering company with a previous Chef. After the partnership dissolved, I utilized my wedding coordination certificate (CWP), and decided to go out on my own - with my Sr Kitchen and Service staff. I handle every aspect of all of our events, Menus, Staffing, Budget Guidelines, Room Diagrams and DAY OF Itineraries for all vendors, entertainment, decor, props, photo buttons, etc. No Party idea is too extreme or crazy.
