Lala’s Bakery specializes in all sorts of Gaelic goodies, which include not-so traditional Irish soda bread, and decadent cakes and cupcakes.

Hi, my name is Lauren Eustace and I am the head baker and owner of “Lala’s Bakery,” a small business run out of my own kitchen. I specialize in traditional cakes, cupcakes and of course Irish Soda Bread with a twist. Everything that comes out of my oven is fresh and made from scratch with only the finest ingredients.
My love for baking began with my grandmother. I learned much of my baking skills from “Gregra”, along with constantly experimenting new recipes and watching endless episodes on the food network. Baking has always been a passion of mine, so being able to create a business out of it has been an amazing opportunity for me.
I wanted to transform traditional Irish soda bread, into something new that people could enjoy. These innovations in Soda Bread have made me the youngest vendor at the St. Patrick’s Day Festival, and I continue to sell at other Irish events such as the Stew Cook Off and Emerald Society Board Meetings. I am always in the kitchen working on new flavors, (which include: plain, chocolate chip, raisin, orange cranberry, pineapple upside down and cinnamon bun just to name a few) and am extremely passionate when it comes to perfecting my soda bread recipe. I love connecting with the Irish community through baking and hope to change the way people see soda bread.
