Our team is headed up by Ximena who has a love for all rustic-backyard-vintage things. Xime has years of experience as F&B Manager in South Beach, FL & NYC; she has overseen lots of personal/corporate events and wedding parties. With a degree in fashion design Ximena has the creative eye and vision to help you make your idea a reality.
And her passion for food makes a perfect combination to help you on all aspects of your event. Ximena was born and raised in Lima, Peru; her love for food and design was inspired by her two grandmas; Zoila who always let Ximena help on the kitchen and Orfelina who adored to host parties and was very detailed on décor, food and presentation.
And that is how Zoilina was borne, in honor f the memories of Zoila “nonna” and Orfelina “mamama”.
