The MAXAM Event Center operated by The Waterhouse is located at the corner of Washington and Liberty Streets in Downtown Peoria, IL. The main attraction of our venue is the Ballroom which includes a 1,000 square foot outdoor balcony overlooking the Illinois River and an indoor atrium balcony with beautiful downtown city views!
