Jeffrey has been a stylist for 30 years, having kept up with the latest trends and techniques in Styling, Cutting, and all Hair Color Services. Served as Artistic Director and Styles Director in the State of California. Jeffrey has taught his profession at Riverside Community College and Fullerton College. Jeffrey has a wealth of knowledge, and is excited and motivated for new and returning clients
