Chef Ekhlas, lovingly nicknamed Chef KoKo by her closest friends, grew up cooking side by side with her mom from the age of five. Her passion for healthy and soulful food comes from her deep connection to cooking from this very young age. Growing up on a farm, Chef KoKo has been involved in all aspects of growing and nurturing crops and animals.
