Pasaporte's Elsa Riveros led the Latin Rock revolution in her native Bogota. In 2017-2018, she rocked fans in the Washington, D.C. area with a new band, Los Desertores. Elsa has taken a new path, but the band lives on as "Los Desertados." Stay tuned....
